Payments can be assigned to an individual vehicle for length of stay, as a flat rate, or even provide a special rate The system can also assign discounts and validate parking sessions to individual users at the operator’s discretion.

The system retains car bays for actual designated users, and discourages users of nearby precincts or properties – or at least accepts payment from them.
