When a vehicle arrives at the carpark, it is automatically identified on entry using licence plate recognition, creating a parking session without the need for tickets or physical credentials. For authorised or pre-registered vehicles, access can be granted automatically, while other users are recorded for parking and payment purposes.
Once parked, the system tracks the active parking session in real time via the cloud platform. Parking rules and tariffs—such as free parking periods, hourly rates, or flat pricing—are applied automatically based on how the site is configured. Operators can adjust these rules at any time, allowing pricing and access conditions to respond to demand, time of day, or specific site requirements.
Payment is handled digitally, either at a cashless payment terminal or through supported mobile and scan-to-pay options. When payment is completed, the parking session is updated instantly in the system. At exit, the vehicle is identified again, Spark verifies that the parking conditions have been met, and the barrier opens automatically.
